Limited Edition Print of 'Feathered Friends'
 
This is a mixed media drawing of two goldfinches in a wildflower meadow. This idea has been on the cards for a couple of years now, after I saw a flock of goldfinches feasting on the seeds in a wildflower meadow at one of our local nature reserves, and whilst developing my mixed media style I knew that it would be the perfect concept for mixed media, with loose florals to represent the meadow.
 
The original drawing was created with coloured pencils and pan-pastels on pastelmat board.

The drawing has been printed onto 225gsm textured fine art paper with UV encapsulated inks; making these prints lightfast and archival, lasting at least 75 years without fading or discolouring. The textured paper allows you to see every pencil mark as if you were looking at the original drawing.
 
The print is finished in a high quality white and dark grey double mount, which measure 14x11''. The image size is A4.

Limited run of 150 prints. Each print will be numbered and hand-signed by myself and will include a certificate of authenticity.
